Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct

Our main aim is for you and your guests to have an enjoyable experience at Wembley Stadium and we therefore request all members and their guests and anyone else sitting in Club Wembley or Bobby Moore areas to behave in an appropriate manner and treat other members, their guests and our staff with respect.

You and your guests are required at all times to comply with the terms of your Seat or Box Licence Agreement, the Ground Regulations (which can be found on and at all entrance points to the Stadium), and any terms and conditions of attendance of the relevant event holder.

Offensive, abusive or threatening behaviour, acts of aggression or violence, intentional damage and general nuisance will not be tolerated and may result in you or your guests being removed from the Stadium and possible termination of your Licence Agreement in addition to any possible criminal prosecution.

Members are at all times responsible for the actions and behaviour of their guests.

Please follow the directions of staff and safety stewards at all times.

If you discover an accident, fire or suspect package, please contact a member of staff or a safety steward immediately.

If you have any queries or concerns, including concerns regarding the behaviour of other members or their guests or anyone else sitting in Club Wembley or Bobby Moore areas, please contact a member of staff or a safety steward as soon as possible.

Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who is responsible for supervising the child.

Club Colours

Please remember that fans are not segregated in Club Wembley or Bobby Moore areas. Accordingly, we advise you not to wear club shirts/colours to football matches. If you do wear club colours, we may, at our sole discretion, refuse you or your guests entry to the Stadium or remove you or your guests from the Stadium. Please note that flags are not permitted within Club Wembley or Bobby Moore areas.

Programmes and Valuables

Please make sure that your valuables are with you at all times and please take your programme when you watch the game.

We operate a no-readmittance policy for security and safety reasons.

No Smoking

Wembley Stadium is a no smoking Stadium - this applies to the entire Stadium including the concourse areas and the seating bowl.

Watching Events

Please remain seated when watching events as standing may restrict the views of other members and their guests and/or cause safety and security risks. Persistent standing may result in ejection from the Stadium.

Mobile Phones

Please be considerate to others when using mobile phones.

Drinking Alcohol

We ask you and your guests to drink responsibly and respect others.

For football matches, drinking alcohol in view of the pitch is strictly forbidden during the period commencing 15 minutes before the start of the match and finishing 15 minutes after the end of the match. In Corporate Boxes blinds will be closed during this time so that alcohol can be served and consumed inside the box if desired.

Bobby Moore Club

Bobby Moore Club members are requested to respect all players and officials during trophy presentations and while players and officials are walking to and from the Royal Box. You should refrain from any physical contact or inappropriate verbal exchange with any of the players or officials.
