How do we secure our parking?

Members who are entitled to parking are now able to book online. Please visit the Parking page on this website for further information. Members wishing to purchase parking or additional parking, can do so via www.wembleyofficialparking.com (subject to availability).

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking 'sign in' on the website and clicking the reset password button on the log in screen. Please note your password should not exceed 20 characters.

How do I change my contact details?

We would like to remind you that you are responsible for ensuring the details you provide us with are correct and complete, and for informing us of any changes to the information you have provided.

Please complete the online forms in the Change Details section of the website, under My Account, to notify the Membership Services Team of any such changes.

Where can I get additional information about my membership?

Log into the website and visit the 'My Account' section.

Where can we find out timings for an event?

Event day itineraries will be published on the members' website under the event page, once they have been confirmed.

Am I able to gain England CAPS if I am also an England Supporter?

Yes, you are able to claim CAPs for attending a match as a Club Wembley member but you will need to link your Club Wembley membership with an England Supporters Club account.

If you are not already a part of the Supporters Club, all you need to do is set up an England Supporters Club account (which you can do by clicking here). Once you have signed up you will receive an 8 digit FAN number, email this FAN number and your Club Wembley number to englandsupportersclub@thefa.com asking for the two to be linked (if you are already a member simply send your FAN number and Club Wembley number to the same email address asking for the two to be linked)
Once this has been confirmed CAPs will be added automatically within a few days of each match you attend. If you have more than one Club Wembley seat and wish to receive caps for more than one person then each individual will need to create an England Supporters Club account.

Please note that you cannot retrospectively claim CAPs for games you have been to on your Club Wembley membership prior to setting up an England Supporters Club account nor will you be able to claim CAPs onto an existing England Supporters Club membership for games that have taken place longer than 21 days ago.

Away Matches
In order to gain CAPS for travelling to England away matches you will need to be a member of the England Supporters Travel Club. If you obtain your tickets for an away match through a Club Wembley package your CAPs will be automatically added within a few days of attending the match. Please be aware that for away matches, it is strictly one ticket per person and tickets are non-transferable.

Note: CAPs will only be added to an account for attending a match – under no circumstances are CAPs allocated if a supporter does not attend.
