This website is owned and maintained by Wembley National Stadium Limited ("WNSL"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain the legal terms and conditions that you agree to when you use our Site. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using the Site. Please note that where other terms and conditions are set out elsewhere in this Site, those terms and conditions, along with those set out here, will form the legal agreement under which you may access this Site and your continued use of this Site confirms your agreement to be bound by such terms and conditions.
Purpose of the Site
The purpose of the Site is to provide you with information about all aspects of Wembley Stadium and in particular, your Club Wembley or Bobby Moore Club membership. If you choose to access the Site otherwise than through the main pages then you may not see all the relevant terms and conditions relating to your use of this Site. It is important that you read and understand all the relevant information governing your use of this Site.
Availability of the Site
We have taken every care in the preparation of the Site. However, as certain technical matters may be beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that you will have uninterrupted access to the Site at all times. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the Site, or close it indefinitely at any time.
We reserve our right to update, change and/or remove material on this Site at any time.
Accessing the Site
Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the Site without notice (see below). From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Site, or the entire Site, to users who have registered with us. We will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
We may deny you access to this Site at any time if you are in breach of your Club Wembley Licence Agreement and/or if you have failed to pay the Licence Fee, Season Fee or any other sum due under your Licence Agreement.
If at any time you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to restrict access and to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or whether allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
Information on the Site
The information on the Site has been included in good faith for personal use and for general informational purposes only. It should not be relied upon for any specific purpose and no representation or warranty is given as to its accuracy or completeness, where the information provided forms the basis of a specific contract with you.
In the event that any information on the Site is inconsistent or in conflict with the terms of your Club Wembley Licence Agreement, the terms of your Club Wembley Licence Agreement will prevail.
Ownership of Materials on the Site
WNSL is, unless otherwise stated, the owner of all copyright and database rights in the Site and its contents. You may not publish, distribute, extract, re-utilise, or reproduce any part of the Site in any material form (including photocopying or storing it in any medium by electronic means) other than in accordance with the limited use licence set out in our Copyright Notice or as permitted by the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 or the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997 as applicable or any equivalent legislation as may apply in your country.
Trade Marks
All brand, product and service names used in this Site are unless stated otherwise trade marks, trade names or service marks of WNSL or the relevant event organiser. You may not distribute products or offer services under or by reference to or otherwise use or reproduce any such trade marks, trade names or service marks without the prior written permission of WNSL or the relevant event organiser or other owner of such trade marks, trade names or service marks.

We may provide links to other websites from time to time. These links are provided for your convenience. Except for other official WNSL websites we do not endorse or take responsibility for the content or privacy aspects of those websites, are not responsible for the availability of the websites and will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage which you may suffer by using those websites. Transactions concluded through the Site
As a part of your membership benefits, you will be able to purchase goods or services through our Site. Any such purchases shall be governed by the terms of your Licence Agreement and our terms and conditions of supply. These terms and conditions will be made available to you prior to any contract being entered into with you. In relation to the use of your Club Wembley Premium Seats/Corporate Box, you are required to read and understand the terms and conditions of your Licence Agreement which was sent to you as part of your membership package. All dealings in relation to the Premium Seats/Corporate Box made through this Site shall be subject to the Licence Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law the terms of use of this Site are in place of all warranties, conditions, terms, undertakings and obligations implied by statute, common law, custom, trade usage, course of dealing or otherwise (including but not limited to implied undertakings of satisfactory quality, conformity with description and reasonable fitness for purpose), all of which are hereby excluded. Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all liability to you in respect of your use of this Site and your purchase of goods or services through this Site. In particular we accept no liability in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty or otherwise (to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law) arising out of the use of this Site and we shall not be liable for any:
- direct or indirect loss of profits, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, or revenue, any wasted expenditure, or any loss or corruption of data; or
- indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site and your purchase of goods or services through this Site.
Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. In addition, we will not be liable for any losses or damages arising out of changes made to the content of this Site by unauthorised third parties.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or any website linked to it.
Amendment of the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms without notice to you from time to time. Any such amendment shall be effective once the revised terms have been posted on the Site. Any of the material on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material. Some of the provisions contained in these terms may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the Site.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Enforceability
